Real conversations that help you move forward

Practical, relaxed, and thoughtful therapy for adults, adolescents, couples, families, and first responders throughout New York.

Therapy should feel useful.

You can show up as yourself without rehearsing what to say or trying to present things perfectly. Sessions are relaxed but purposeful—built around down-to-earth conversation, thoughtful perspective, and practical changes that carry into everyday life.

Therapy for real life, in all its forms

WHO WE WORK WITH

I work with adolescents, adults, couples, families. As a firefighter I also work with and provide a unique expertise to first responders and people in high-pressure professions. Some people come in with something specific they want to work through. Others just know that something feels off, stuck, or harder than it should be.

Individuals

A space to talk through what’s been weighing on you, make sense of the patterns behind it, and figure out what actually needs to change. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, relationships, confidence, motivation, or a difficult season of life, the goal is to leave with more clarity and a better way forward.

Adolescents & Adults

Families & Relationships

Relationships can get complicated, especially when the same conflicts, misunderstandings, or patterns keep repeating. Therapy can help you slow things down, understand what’s happening underneath the surface, and find healthier ways to communicate, reconnect, and move forward together.

Couples & Families

Frontline & High-Pressure Careers

First Responders & Others Under Pressure

High-pressure work has a way of following you home. Whether it’s stress, sleep, anger, difficult calls, relationships, burnout, or simply feeling like you’re always “on,” the demands of your work can affect much more than the hours you spend doing it. Therapy can be a place to work through that with someone who understands the pressure—and for first-responders, since this branch specializes in working with people like you, you can get support without spending so much time explaining the culture, the schedule, or the realities of the job.

A SPECIALIZED BRANCH OF MENTAL WEALTH PRACTICE

Frontline Off Duty

Therapy that understands the job—and the life around it.

First responders and frontline workers operate in a culture that can be hard to understand from the outside. The schedule, the calls, the personalities, the pressure, and the expectation to keep moving can affect far more than what happens while you’re on the job

Frontline Off Duty offers practical, straightforward therapy with an understanding of that world, culture, and pressure from the start. Less time explaining the job means more time talking about what actually matters—whether that’s stress, relationships, sleep, anger, motivation, difficult experiences, or simply wanting to stay ahead of things. And most importantly, you will be able to feel like you are speaking with someone who gets it

You don’t have to wait until something falls apart to work on it.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Built around a different vision for therapy

I’m Frankie Grixti, a licensed mental health counselor and the founder of Mental Wealth Practice. I built this practice around the belief that therapy can feel comfortable and conversational while still being thoughtful, challenging, and purposeful.

That philosophy shapes the care we provide and the clinicians who become part of the practice—so as Mental Wealth Practice grows, the experience remains genuine, intentional, and focused on helping people move forward.

GETTING STARTED

Getting started should feel simple

Reaching out for therapy can already feel like a big enough step. We try to make everything after that clear, straightforward, and easy to navigate

01 - Reach Out

Tell us a little about what you’re looking for, what’s been going on, and what you hope to get out of therapy. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you contact us.

02 - Get Matched

We’ll help connect you with the clinician who best fits what you’re looking for, including your needs, preferences, and availability. The goal is to make sure the fit feels right from the start.

03 - Start Therapy

Meet virtually with your clinician and begin working on what brought you in. Early sessions are about understanding what’s going on, what you want to change, and where it makes the most sense to start.
