CLEAR INFORMATION BEFORE YOU GET STARTED

FLEXIBLE PAYMENT OPTIONS
Private Pay
Private pay offers more freedom to choose care based on fit and what you’re looking for, without limiting your options to a particular insurance network.
For some clients, it also means fewer insurance-related restrictions and a simpler, more direct relationship with the practice.

Insurance Plans We Work With
Mental Wealth Practice currently works with several major insurance networks
Aetna / 1199
United Healthcare / Optum
Cigna / Evernorth
Blue Cross Blue Shield / Anthem
Insurance coverage can vary significantly between plans, even within the same insurance company. Copays, deductibles, eligibility, and behavioral health benefits depend on your specific plan. Before getting started, we can help you confirm what information you may need to understand your expected cost of care.
Out-Of-Network Benefits
If Mental Wealth Practice is not in-network with your plan, you may still have out-of-network benefits that reimburse a portion of the session cost. Coverage varies by plan, and we can provide the documentation you may need to submit for reimbursement.
BENEFITS & REIMBURSEMENT
Union, Employer & EAP Benefits
Some unions, employers, departments, and employee assistance programs offer mental health benefits or reimbursement that can help cover the cost of therapy outside of traditional insurance.
These benefits can look very different from one organization to another. Some may reimburse a portion of session costs, provide a separate annual mental health benefit, or extend coverage to spouses and dependents.
If you have access to a benefit through your union, employer, department, or EAP, we can help you figure out what information may be needed to use it with Mental Wealth Practice.
BILLING TRANSPARENCY
If you don’t have health insurance or choose not to use your insurance to pay for therapy, you are generally entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for your care.
Mental Wealth Practice will provide a Good Faith Estimate when required and upon request so you can have a clearer understanding of anticipated costs before receiving services.
